Overactive Bladder - Post Bladder Botox

i have suffered from OAB for 10 years and after trying all the medication decided to try botox in October 2022. I have had use a catheter for most of the botox and it only gave me around 2 hours relief.

However im toward the end of my 12 months and still retaining urine and need to cathether is this normal?

Also i now have a burning sensation in my penis most of the time which i didnt have before botox.
