Ovulation bleeding. Does this mean no chance of pregnancy this month?

I sometimes get ovulation bleeding , I am having ot today I think. Does this bleeding now mean that I wont be pregnant?? Does it mean the egg has come out do will not be fertilised? I find it all very confusing.

My periods are a bit random at the moment and I've been having some odd symptoms so I'm really confused to be honest !!

I've had some weird symptoms as well like very sore Lower back , feeling very sick when traveling (I never get travel sickness)
