Pain and lump on epididymis

Hello.

I have one question.

I have pain and lump/or enlarged epididymis and it is painful.

I have it for 2 years and a half and the pain sort of comes and goes.

My both testis are smooth, just the upper part or epididymis is swollen and it feels like i have a lump on it.

I also feel abdominal pain and otherwise everything else is ok.

I just thought it is normal for growing up.

Can it be a spermatocele, varicocele, hydrocele or something else?

Please help!Thank you
