Pain on left side under ribs

I have been getting a sharp pain on my left side at the bottom and behind of my rib cage and causes me wind and an urge to go to the toilet, does anyone have any idea what this could be?

    Diverticulitis possibly, get colonoscopy, ab exercises if able, if over weight loose. Prayers for full healing, knowledgable Dr.
