Painful boils on buttocks and "private parts" !

II have been getting painful boils on my butt probably two or three times a year they won't seem to stop coming back I'm a very clean person I don't know what I'm doing wrong I may be a carrier of staph I don't know but antibiotics seem to clear them up but then they come back again what can I do it's really embarrassing and painful and I don't know what to do about it. Thank you.
