Painless bartholin Cyst

Hello, I have already got operated twice because of an infected bartholin cyst. the last one was in February 2021. 2 months ago, i saw another lump down there and it gave me chill ! i dont want to go through that pain and suffering again. I went to the doctor and he gave me some medicines to avoid the cyst from getting infected. it has been two months, the lump is still there, it is small in size, sometimes gets a bit bigger but when i take sitz bath it shrinks. I applied the prid´s homeopathic cream for 4 days but it did not drain. I am really confused and dont know how to make it go away
