Palpitations & breathless feeling with costochondritis please help!!!

ive had costochondritis for arimd 6 month now. i dont always suffer from really bad pain and if i do its mostly in the morning but the moat worrisome thing for me is the palpitations and breathing. does anyone else suffer with this? any help would be apprciated, ive had all the heart tests etc all clear apart from ectopic beats but this is apparently anxiety driven which is very annoying.

    Hi. I feel your pain. I get this a lot and yes it's really scary. I also get pain in my back as well. The pain is awful and nothing helps. I get more breathless if moving about or doing anything.

    I have heart failure so it can make me very nervous. I have fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility too. I hope this helps a wee bit.
