Parasitic foot eruption?

Working outside, barefoot, in the dirt, in 100 degree heat resulted in the foot infection seen in the pictures . This happened one month ago. It feels like something bored into my feet and multiplied, Lots of Itching, burning and swelling, and whatever it is seemed to crawl across my feet and up my lower legs. Topical treatment (of various kinds) causes wormlike extrusions from the wounds. These things are in my poop and mouth too.

It seems to resemble scabies in terms of the burrowing activity but I suspect it is something else. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you!
