PCOS Survey/ interview for university project- looking for one person to complete survey

I am looking for someone who has been diagnosed with pcos to send a survey to and potentially interview depending on the results of the survey. I would just like to gain insight into the life of a person with pcos and how it affects their physical and mental health.

I am a second year product design student at Nottingham Trent University looking into creating a product that can help bring pcos to attention, to help people become more aware about PCOS.

All personal information will remain private and will not be shared outside to anyone outside of the project.
