Pea-sized lump at back of jawline

I have a pea-sized lump at the back of my jawline. I had a dentist appointment right after discovering it several weeks ago and they said it just seemed like a swollen gland. That seemed to get smaller but I have something in the same spot now and can't tell what it is. It is right under my skin, seems attached to the inner layer of skin. It rolls between my fingers which is apparently a good sign. There is now a pimple on top of it which may be from touching it too much. It is right at my jaw angle and feels less hard than a rock and pretty smooth. I'm 22 and haven't had any major health problems. Does this sound like definitely like nothing to worry about or should I get it checked out?
