Penis Shrinkage

I am a 52 yo male.

Since my back operation 3 years ago, that resulted in muscle and nerve damage my Penis has shrunk in length and girth. Today I am only 3.4 inches (previously I was 5.2 inches).

Can I get my size back?

My wife has stated that she has noticed the size reduction during sex and feels that my penetration is virtually non existent.

Whilst I can satisfy her other ways (fingers , tongue) I am now very subconscious about my lack of size and would love to get my size back and be able to satisfy her again.

    You need to thread very carefully here. Since you are able to satisfy your wife through means other than intercourse then presumably there is no great pressure about this and you may be better off leaving well enough alone. In this area it is very easy to make things worse.

    However, if you really feel the need to have a bigger penis, then Cialis 20 mg taken every other day will improve things somewhat including your urine flow. Another thought is testosterone replacement therapy. But as I say I would not rush things.

    Hello.

    I know it is a year old discussion. However if you are still active on site....I would recommend you look at penile implants. .they have a high rate of satisfaction.

      Hi thaks for your suggesion. Unfortunatly wy wife and I are seperated as my size was a bigger issue than I thought. She was sleeping with her boss and obviously looking for a new way to get to the top.

      Unfortunalty for me, my penis is tiny and wil be hard to meet a moman who wants a good sexual relationship.

      I will look into your suggestion, but I imagine it could be quite expensive

      Insurance covers it..if surgeon is in plan. But make sure you have picked one who does many of them.Lawrence Levine in Chicago has very good reputation. MI live in Illinois myself .but there are many who are on west and east coast. I really wish you the best.try and keep your hope.

      Again.I am very sorry for your predicament. You would definitely have testosterone checked.worst or best case scenario you can undergo lengthening surgery.which may give you some length. .although it has some risks.the actual penile implants can increase girth...and some types can increase length.I wish you the best and will keep you in my prayers.

      Hi Michelle, than you. I have had testosterone checked and it is normal (dont know whether that is good or bad). it would appear that surgery will be my best option, as I am so embarrissed to look at my self these days, and certainly avoid ever been seen naked in a change room and now my confidence is so low I am even scared of meeting a woman with the fear that I will be humiliated. I am from Australia and not sure if we have thatr surgery here, but I will check. Thank you for caring, it means a lot

      God Bless you. There are some good urologists who do care about their patients sex lives and sexual ability. I'm also sure there are many good women who would make a perfect partner for you. ..
