Hi All , I have been facing persistant dandruff problem inside my ears for long time It tends to block my ears It does not get itchy but affect my hearing quaility I have tried allergy medicine but they are partially succesful It is affecting my life quality I feel my ear canals blocked sometimes It is affecting my quality of life n I am in depression n feeling helpless n socially isolated please help me
