Persistant pain in lower esophagus

Folks,

I need some guidance on what this could be. I am 40 year old and physically fit. I have been diagnosed with <1cm barrets in a recent endoscopy. My symptoms have been mild when it comes to reflux. Urge to swallow and globus sensation in the throat. But last 4-5 months i have this persistant pain in the lower esophagus that doesn't seem to correspond to my eating habits or cycle. endoscopy didn't show any inflamation but did show <1cm barrets.Thie pain does reduce to insignificance for several days and weeks and comes back.

Does anyone here have persistant pain in lower esophagus? what could it be?

Also, is <1cm barret(7mm) with no dysplasia cause for worry?
