Physical exercises 6 m. after operation.

 What can you say about physical exercises during stable dissection 6 months after operation. May be there are some links ?

    I had a type A aortic dissection that was repaired with surgery and still have a type B dissection in my descending aorta. I have been told to avoid strenuous exercise - walking at a moderate pace is ok, running and sprinting are not allowed. I am not allowed to mow the lawn with a push mower unless it has powered wheels. No weight lifting except for VERY light weights and no holding my breath during exercise.
