hi. I had little spot appear, just under the coxit spine bone I had to send a picture to the doctor. she says it's pilonindol sinus gave me antibiotics clarithromycin 500mg and Dermol 500 lotion. it's red like a sore little hole. doctor said that it won't heal. hope she's wrong. just hope her diagnosis is right. any one else have or had this problem.

Hi, it is called pilonidal sinus or cyst. I hope you are getting better. I gathered lots of information from the internet. From what I understand, I think conclusive treatment is surgery.
