Pimples from botox

I have been getting botox for migraines for the past few months. I do feel a lot better but I noticed a couple weeks after the first treatment, I had this horrible acne all over my face. I've been able to find little to no information on if botox actually causes pimples or not but it does seem to be a strange coincidence. I'm pretty certain it is from the botox because I've also noticed it on the back of my neck where I've also had injections. Does anyone have any information on this?
