morning hope.everyone is safe and well .I have a telephone appointment tomorrow and I'm confused by the questions .I can cook .wash . and walk for a little whileand take my medication but whatever I do I'm.breathless.Ive checked the points system and nothing refers to being breathless I have copd .Does anyone have any advice regarding how I should answer these questions

That's will be because it's not about a diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect you against the PIP descriptors. If something takes you twice as long do to the task then you're classed as not being able to do it regularly and reliably.
