Plan B pill not working

I had unprotected sex on 11th August and took a plan B pill (Unwanted 72) within a few hours. My periods were supposed to be on 13th-14th August. But, it's 24th August already and I still haven't got my periods. Yesterday, I did a pregnancy test and it showed negative. But, I'm so anxious because it has been a long while that my periods are delayed. Do I need to do any other tests? Is there a possibility that I might be pregnant.
