Polymyalgia

I am in my 60s and workout seven days a week.

I developed a pain in my groin and upper thigh six weeks ago. It very quickly spread to both sides, my neck and both arms. it gradually got worse to the point where I could hardly move due to the pain. My bloods were abnormal. I was referred to a rheumatologist who diagnosed me with polymyalgia rheumatica. I was given Kenalog which I think is helping a bit. Ive had a headache since i got the kenalog, , but its at the front of my head and no symptoms of temporal arteritis. Has anyone else had this experience. Is it the kenalog?

Thanks
