Polyps

hi, i have been on rivaroxiban for 4years now, i was hoping to have this medication stopped last year but due to covid my appointment with cardiology has been cancelled till further notice. My question is, can Rivaroxiban cause polyps? Previous to taking this, i was relatively healthy & never had a polyp, but since taking this ive had an ear, gum & now nasal polyps. Is this just coincidence or could there be a connection? ive had to have surgery for both the ear & gum to remove.
