Post cholecystectomy syndrome ?

hello, 46 year old female here, i had to have my gallbladder removed in march 2023 due to severe pain, all scans showed my gallbladder was normal with no stones but once i was opened it it was found to be heavily scarred.

the recovery from surgery was horrific, awful pain and exhaustion,

however 11 months on I'm still crippled with fatigue, suffer abdominal pain and awful diarrhoea. has this happened to anyone else? any advice on managing it please?
