Prolonged menstruation issues

I am a 31 year old women, have never been on any birth control. I have been menstruating for approximately 70 days as of today. Its not very heavy, but I have to wear at least 3 liners a day. There have been maybe 6 days between where I had no bleeding at all, but for the most part it is constant. I am usually not very regular (only about 2 1/2 weeks between periods) but I have never had this issue before. I can't see my doctor until the end of this month but I am starting to panic and I'm not sure when this would be considered an emergency. I have been sexually active about once a week and it doesn't seem to be a messy issue during those times (which I am very grateful for). I have also not had any severe pain, which is great, but the longer it goes on, the more I worry. I haven't told my husband or anyone about this because I don't want them to worry, especially because I have no answers. Has any experienced anything like this? Or does anyone have any advice or answers I can use? Thank you all.
