Hi
I was on 40mg twice and day for 6 years. Started getting runs of palpitations. Heart checks were all good so was advised to come off the propranalol.
I tapered it off and have now been off it completely for a week.
I still get a racing heart when up and about and palpitations.
Has anyone else experienced the palpitations and the feeling of adrenaline waves.
Trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
