Propranolol withdrawal weird symptoms

Hi, I took propranolol 20 mg daily for a month for migraines. I stopped taking them when I ran out of tablets. I was also taking ramipril for 10 mg for border line blood pressure. I started getting very fast heart rate and dizziness on standing up and then moving around. I thought I had POTS so I went to A&E where they said my heart was fine. I hadn't made the connection with propranolol until I restarted it to control my fast heart beat about two weeks later. It did slow it down but I felt so weak, dizzy, tired like I was going to pass out. I couldn't function at all. I halved my dose for two days then stopped it altogether. Three weeks later I am still getting dizziness when I get up from bed, headaches, tiredness, some weakness and this is making me very anxious. I have read similar symptoms here from some old posts but I would love to hear from anyone who is going through similar symptoms. Thanks.
