Provoked Seizure

Hi,

Quick question.. I was diagnosed with a provoked seizure in late 2022. The neurologist I saw at the time said that there could/would be a chance of an 'unprovoked seizure' after this provoked seizure. I've done some research and a provoked seizure means there is a cause that brought on the seizure, which I know about. But I'm just wondering is this strictly true, as in can there be a chance you can have a unprovoked seizure after a provoked one?

Thanks,
