PSP Botox complications

Hello! My mother was Injected with Dysport for Masseter (2x40units) and orbicularis oculi 200 units, and 360 units in arms. After 7 days, she started having breathing problems and she gained very thick saliva especially during a night, which puts huge pressure to the lungs and heart. Also it looks like her throat is very tight. All the time there is also some mucus on the back of the tongue. She already had some swallowing problems prior to this that caused liquid choking. Can anyone help and recommend product or drug that I can ask for. The doctor has no clue about this issue. Thank you.
