Quit smoking 3 months ago constant mouth pain

I smoked 20 a day for 20 years. i quit smoking 3 months ago, had a gym infection which was treated by antibiotics. have been to the dentist several times who says there's nothing wrong with guns or teeth. Had full blood testsall came back fine. For the last 8 weeks my mouth is constantly painful and at time has canker sores or swelling. pain particularly bad behind front teeth and roof of mouth. Constant jaw ache and unable to eat solid food for 2 months. has anyone else experienced this? Is it my mouth healing?
