Radiotherapy Nerve Ablation

Hi. Has anyone had any success with Radiotherapy Nerve Ablation (RNA), to their back issues?

I was diagnosed in 2017 with L4/L5 and L5/S1 herniation. Just had an MRI in the last week which now shows an L3/L4 herniation too.

The reason I went back was I'm now experiencing numbness in both soles of my feet plus muscle twitching in both calf muscles.

My consultant has given me the green light for RNA but reading up on it, it seems that if it's a success then you can only get 10-24 months possible relief from the issue. My consultant has said I don't need invasive surgery yet.

So has anyone had the procedure and was it effective?

Thanks.
