Ramipril and Migraine with Aura

I am a 71 year old male and have suffered from migraines with a pre-headache aura since I was 18. The main trigger is bright light of uncomfortable intensity (a welding flame or an arc light). I have taken Ramipril for 15 years and have had an aortic valve replacement ten years ago. My Doctor increased my Ramipril from 2.5mg to 5mg due to very high BP levels. (180/90). Initially my BP went down to the lowest of 112/64 for about 10 days. Now it has shot up again (today 160/94) and I am getting a migraine with aura every day (now 10 days in a row). Seeing a Doctor to discuss this is difficult at the moment due to their focus on Covid-19. Has anybody else had migraine linked to their Ramipril increase or intake.
