Ramipril bladder inflammation Interstitial Cystitis

Has anyone experienced bladder problems since taking Ramipril? I'm asking for my 90 year old mother who has been beset by very painful bladder spasms, increased frequency and urethral pain for 6 months. She doesn't have a UTI. This coincides with her starting to take Ramipril. There may be no correlation between the two I realise but as we are getting nowhere with reducing her symptoms I'm trying all avenues of enquiry to try to make sense of her condition.
