Random pelvic pain

For the past 3 days I have been having internal pelvic pain/discomfort which comes and goes in waves. Sometimes the pain increases in intensity, sometimes it is sharp or dull. Very occasionally the pain travels down to my vagina a bit, but it’s mostly between the belly button and my vagina. My vagina itself doesn’t feel sore or painful. The pain feels internal, and today the pain seems to be increasing in frequency. I have no other symptoms.

This is quite embarrassing to say, but I suspect it is because I have been “masturbating” recently. I say masturbating in inverted commas because I do this thing where I watch porn/aroused but don’t actually orgasm because I feel guilty orgasming and masturbating. I used to masturbate a lot when I was younger, but for the past 3 years it’s been occasional. Recently I masturbated around 7 days ago. But it was a bit suspicious because normally after masturbating I don’t feel horny at all, in fact all of horniness really disappears and I feel off-put from sex (for a few days). But for the most recent one I was still incredibly horny after masturbating. So for the next few days I kept doing the thing where I watch porn/stimulate but don’t orgasm, until about Wednesday when I started developing this pelvic pain that comes and goes in waves.

I know when you get aroused blood rushes to your nether regions so I’m not sure whether it has something to do with that.

Also yesterday I went for a run, I’m not sure whether that would somehow make the pain worse.

My most recent menstrual cycle was from 10 April to 14 April. I have no issues urinating.

I have not been officially diagnosed but I’m 99% sure I have Social Anxiety/General Anxiety Disorder. I panic and overthink easily so I’m not sure whether that is somehow fuelling the pain as well, and I’m just really scared right now.

Thank you.

I dont think this is anything to do with masturbating but it could be one of several things like appendicitis, ovarian cyst, even an umbilical hernia. As you say the pain is increasing I think you should get it checked out by your doctor ASAP . If it suddenly becomes excruciating then get some emergency care. You dont say which country you are in but if its UK, either see your GP or in an emergency go to A/E
