Raynaud

How can I be sure that this is Raynaud and not just cold feet that turn white because they touch the ground? When I lift my feet , a part of them remains white but others become red quickly.

Is it painful? I have Reynauds & if my feet get cold they ache very bad. Have you asked your rheumatologist? My toes turn blue & dark red & the red goes back to my ankles. I have to wear socks 24/7. The air conditioning even hurts in the summer heat.

it feels kinda numb, like its dead. I feel like there is no blood in the area. It hurts when I stand up, but it does not become blue. Just white and then red.
