Raynaud's Colour Change ?

hi, everything i have read online about raynouds says about colour change? Anyway for past couple years i have been experiencing freezing cold hands and feet,my feet will all so be sweaty enough to make my socks feel damp.Neither turn blue or white when cold,only the tips of fingers will be red sometimes.Im always freezing cold and my heating is always on but no matter what I just can't get warm sometimes.My nose an ears get cold to.Thanks
