salt baths and allegra tab

i think i got this after having mice for a few months,i have been using permetrin 6 tubes it did not help,after a year with this anoying itching i used salt baths for a week everyday 1 hour,this worked for a while but itching came back probably because of all there dirt left in the skin.but now a year further i still have itching and im taking allegra tab for it and that helps for a day sometimes for 2 days so yeh im not sure what i have..
