Scalp Folliculitis Help - Sensitive/Painful/Home remedies/Any reccomendations?

Hi, my name is Hamza and I am 18 years old.

A few months ago I had initially had scalp folliculitis and my GP put me on Lymecycline. For a month it worked but then later grew back, even after still taking the medication. Then I was prescribed Flucoxacillin and this did not work at all

I then got prescribed with some anti-fungals and it worked however I think this is just a mere coincidence as now they have reappeared, worse than ever. I am certain it is a chronic bacterial staph infection and I am searching for home remedies.

I take turmeric and all multivitamin tablets every day. My folliculitis has gone so bad that I literally cannot even touch my scalp, that it is so sensitive. I just have a constant pulsating burn all over my head and its loosing me sleep.

What has anyone else done to control this horrible infection?

Is it better to take cold/hot showers and how often? Or does this just aggravate the spots even more?

Was there any antibiotics that eradicated it long term? What home remedies are working for you to control this? Is your scalp also so sensitive that you cannot even touch it?
