hey im Mia! I'm 13 years old and I was Diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 12, I have a S shaped spine with severe back pain. I have an appointment in December from a scoliosis specialist. but I have to wait 2 months in this amount of pain, im on Galapentin, Diazapam and Dihydrocodeine for my pain but the pain isn't really going away.

Can any one help on how to manage with this pain until the doctors have a plan? and how to cope with it all as its a big worry for me as I've already missed 4 weeks of school and I don't want to miss out on any more.

I just feel like I'm always crying and thinking why do I have it? why me? but I know I just have to pull myself together and deal with it xx
