Hi, I have been taking 25mg for a while now, but I have been recommended to go up to 50mg.
Problem is I am really scared of side effects (as I have health anxiety)
I have been recommended to taper from 25mg to 50mg, but im not sure to do it for 2 weeks or a month, then take 50mg every day afterwards to calm the side effects down a bit.
