Several Nail Problems - Fungus?

Posted , 1 user is following.

Hello, everyone,

I have problems with my fingernails and notice the following changes:

  • Two nails have turned yellow-whitish, one of them is almost destroyed, the other on the other hand shows similar changes
  • almost all the nails of the hands show oil stains
  • the skin of the affected nails under the lunula is swollen and there is a gap between the nail matrix and the skin
  • When pressure is applied to this part of the skin, a white, stable but rather crumbly mass appears that does not look like pus; it looks more like unsolidified production portions of the nail matrix

Since I don't have psoriasis, but I've also noticed an unpleasant itching on my anus for some time - could it be a transmitted fungal infection? Cream with nystatin applied to the fingernails, also taking nystatin in tablet form, has not brought any improvement so far.

Are there other clinical pictures that express themselves in a similar way? Above all, the story with the "white mass" gives me no peace, because I can't find anything about it on the net.

Thanks and best regards !
