Severe fatigue after operation

Posted , 2 users are following.

I am suffering from a peculiar type of fatigue after an operation five weeks ago.

it feels as if I am totally seized up. My muscles feel tense and are hard to relax. I have no energy. I cannot focus mentally or concentrate.

I feel apathetic and cannot switch on.

What is going on? could it be PTSD? It feels like some kind 9f nervous system disorder anyway.

I had a knee replacement 8 weeks ago and I too

    have no energy.

it seems it happens post op for different reasons I wasnt expecting it

ihave had this before when deficient in Vit D and B12

I am now stepping up my eating of fresh fruit and veg hoping it helps

I was told after 3 months my knee will have healed so i should improve.

meanwhile I am supposed to exercise knee and get fitter but of course cant .Tell me about your situation I completely sympathise.

I like to be a busy person
