Severe pain after endometrial ablation, anyone else have this?

i had an endometrial ablation almost 3 years ago, last January i started with severe left quadrant pelvic pain, ultrasound showed a blocked tube, had tubes removed last june, after 3 months i started with pelvic pain and pressure with lower back pain and hip pain, ultrasound showed obstructed blood in my uterus, dr recommends hysterectomy, anyone else have this after ablation with these symptoms?
