Severe Testicle and Groin Pain for 20 Years

Hi I'm new to the group,, I am 64 and I have had undiagnosed Severe Testicle and Groin Pain for past 20 years. Now is at the stage now of the pain being unbearable sometime to a level 10. I have had a morhine pain pump formthe past 15 years of it and am at the point doctors are afraid to raise my levels anymore and still in great pain. I have seen every kind of doctor we can think of and have tried every procedure offered to me and know I'm having thoughts of suicide. yes I have seen therpist but they can't control my pain.

Hi Jash, this sounds awful. Can I ask have you also looked at a nerve block into the spermatic cord and/or microdenervation?

ive had the same thing going on for 17 years and im considering doing the denerving procedure. have you looked into it
