sharp pain in right testicle

developed a sharp pain when I touch right testicle. Seen a doc who suggested I try pregablin, then gabapentin, then Tegretol. All of these drugs did nothing for pain but made me feel very weird!

I need a real doctor to remove the testicle but they all shy away from this!

Ive got hypogonadism so its not as if they do anything!

Is there any suggestions on how to get this op( willing to pay)

All I can find is docs happy to do this as part of gender reassignment !

Id even go abroad. Im starting to search dark web for someone cos Im getting depressed with the docs attitude!

Any advice?
