Hi Reading some adds from people and its not nice having shingles,

I went to see the doctor on the monday and the doctor saw that i wasnt well and he gave me ibuprofen

gel and some pain relief tablets for the pain,

Anyway i thought i might get better but the pain was to much and phone 111 and was seen by a other doctor

that night and was given tablets and cream and hair wash after the third day i felt alot better that i was

two days ago.

Hopefully now i will get better with another week off work.
