Shingles - affects on penis?

Tbh I am starting to doubt whether this was shingles at all, thinking it might be something else. I initially thought sepsis rash but not sure.

Saw GP in 2019 for rash on my left side and back. GP said this was shingles but I experienced no pain or itching. He did say to come back if it spread to legs. I did get and still do have small scabby bumps on my legs as we entered 2020 but I never went back to the GP due to pandemic.

I did ask around online and share photos of leg rash to other community members, and it was suggested to me that this was folliculitis or something, but now I am not too sure.

For those of you who have had shingles does this sound at all familiar to you, and for the males with shingles, have you had reduced feeling in penis since having shingles? Did normal feeling ever come back?

I'm also having issues with erections and dribbling too. GP has prescribed sildenafil for erection difficulties, but I was hoping all this would pass and things would go back to normal. It's nearly been 4 years....
