Shingrix vaccine was given while still having shingles symptoms but no rash

My pcp convinced me it was ok to get the shingrix vaccine bc I no longer had the rash, but i still had all the shingles symptoms and only reason i did not have the rash was bc i was taking valtrex to hold off blisters and calm symptoms. I talked to him about that extensively and told him i was not willing to take the vaccine if it were going to hurt me. He assured me it would not hurt me it would help me. Within 2 weeks of the vaccine i got the worst case of shingles ive ever had with extreme pain and general all over deep down illness, the blisters and nerve pain has now spread from its initial location ( ear and scalp) to various other areas on neck, scalp, eye and ear. Its now been 12 weeks and im still extremely sick and awaiting to see specialists. Has anyone else had the vaccine while still having shingles symptoms? I so regret letting him convince me the vaccine would help me, when it has put me in a worse condition than i was in prior to getting shingrix. Thank you in advance for any information on this topic you can provide.
