Shoulder Tendinosis

Hi I had an MRI this week that revealed Degenerative Tendinosis (different from tendonitis) around the rotator cuff and a small labrum tearIt feels like someone is constantly trying to pull my shoulder down. It is very painful Physiatrist is sending me for a consult with an orthopedic surgeon for his opinion. I believe it is affecting my entire right side PRP (plasma) injection is not off the table. I'm not sure where it will all lead, but I am quite nervous about it.Experiences anyone?
