I have had sinus pressure for over two weeks, and makes me feel dizzy at times. I take some Mucinex with only a tiny bit of drainage. It is giving me a frontal headache at times, and feels like its on the left side of my sinuses. It will seem like its clearing up, but then in a few hours I can feel it again. If I lay down or sit and relax in my recliner it seems to help.
