sit joint osteoarthritis

Considering surgery now after major dietary changes, stem cell injections, PRP injections, prolotherapies, lidocaine, acetomenaphin, homemade strong ibuprofen topical gel, physical therapy, A stim, grasston, all fail after short very short times--like a day.

Winnowed surgical options to one doctor and his go to for this is the excision of the FCR and using it for the buffer now missing in the joint.

I'm older and do not want to spend two years rehabbing this, as I've heard from some posters on other boards. What if anything has been your experience in surgical recovery time. My biggest target would be playing competitive golf again. Right now I cannot practice at all and last about 8 holes before the pain is too great in hand--despite all these protocols mentioned above. Thank you forum!
