Sit Pain

Hi all...I've been suffering for around 3 years now with sit pain, left hand side. I've had Pundendal Nerve block to no avail, I've had steroid injection into coccyx & manipulation of coccyx, again to no avail. The pain is only when I sit. I can literally put my finger on the spot where the pain is emanating from, it's about 1" into my rectum, and press on left handside...thats where it is. It actually causes neck pain and gives tension headaches too. I suffer with back osteoarthritis and also sciatica. I'm at my wits end trying to find a solution so I can get treated and cut out the strong painkillers (naproxen & tramadol) that barely take the edge of it. Nightmare not being able to sit comfortably.Any ideas anyone? or anyone suffer similar? I'm getting married in 7 months and would love some pain relief.
