Skin Pricking

Have this problem for long. Not getting any help from doctor. I do have psoriasis but this particular condition showed up much before psoriasis showed up first time. 

Happens few times a year and not always. My initial thought was this happen only at end of winter but its worse this time around. Am in Florida and its sunny and warm for few months now.

The issue I face is, if any body movement which can cause me to sweat I start getting prickly itch all over my skin. Starts around neck region and grows all over the body. Goes away the moment I cool my body down. I do not see any bumps near the sweat glands indicating its actually not prickly heat itself. I do fee little exhausted or suffocated when this pricking appears. Its just scary.
